I didn't want Jesse leave. But we ended up with May so turned out to be a big net win for us If we can convert the picks received for Jackson into a KPF such as Ben King then it will be a net win. I hope our recruiting team have been in Ben Kings ear ( i know he's contracted so he won't come in this year but maybe next year is a possibility??)

But we need to keep picking up wins while we're loading. It seems to be a fine balance. No point talking about September if we don't win enough H&A games. The games we're lost this year were in large part because we had defenders missing through injury or suspension (loading was also a factor in those losses) Moral of the story. Don't mess with our defence. Leave Petty where he is

Could have done with a home game against the crows. Why are we playing them away again? Surely fairness says we play them at Casey this year. Rotating home and away is the most basic league format principal Normally our run home is brutal but this year we have suns, Essendon and the eagles. I suppose we should be thankful for that much.
