  1. Marty Hore in rehab group, calf strapped No Petty visable on training track This may tip Goody's hand
  2. Unsurprisingly Melksham injury timing blowing out another 5-6 weeks.
  3. Ok, I've resisted long enough but I'm finally convinced... Retire him! Can't put up with this [censored] from a supposed leader considering our desperate list situation
  4. His disposal efficiency was 45%, the worst in the whole team Given he got 22 touches, that's 12 potential turnovers, pretty big issue for a defender Edit: Apologies for the repetition of stats, just catching up
  5. 3aw news reporting Jake Lever says he's a chance to play despite rolling ankle
  6. Wrong, this is the highlight ? https://www.heraldsun.com.au/news/victoria/melbourne-victoria-hit-by-heavy-rain/news-story/73c71cd03c7a2c8e8001aec9317361aa
  7. Hmmmmmm So if your name is "legion", then surely it has a capital L ?
  8. Baker looks promising, so I disagree on that Otherwise spot on
  9. Agree None deserve a spot on Today's performance, and would drop all if returns from injury allow. Spargo was just lethargic tho Lockhart was good v GCS 2 weeks ago, has potential but not best 22, perhaps worth a few more chances
  10. Massive fail, Taylor surely gone given mediocrity of our recruiting!
  11. Saw it from a distance Level 2, looked like only bloke in Orange, must've been mouthing off a bit because was cheered out by about 3000 people from Lvl 1 and 2
  12. Sprinklers on Hands coated in baby oil
  13. I'm liking Baker... Done a few really good things and looks to have presence and a bit of pace I hope we play him for at least 5 more games to good sense of his potential
  14. Weideman was very good at Casey, Lewis was our best... Surely they get picked after the complete Sh!tshow that was presented today
  15. Were you there today? When GWS switched it (which could been seen miles away...) Our players couldn't run to cover them. Just way too slow
  16. Ins: Lewis, Salem, Hibberd, JKH, Weids, ANB Outs: J Wagner, C Wagner, Fritsch, Spargo, Stretch, TMac (even if just a rest, he's spent) Tim Smith should stay in, only one remotely looking like key forward today A few others looked sore... Petty was limping a bit
  17. Preuss should just stand 20m out directly in front and wait for the aimless bombs into the forward line We kicked it there like 5 times when there was no demon in sight!
  18. Spargo should have been de-listed at half time
  19. Appeared to be reading from notes when made that comment...!! Also note Jordan Lewis named best on (at least first best in the thread summary), Weids and JKH also named I sense 5+ changes
  20. ?‍♂️ You think it'd be priority one!!?? Hence it being an indictment on the whole FD
  21. Wish our Forward Line was only rolled!
  22. Agree, but think the answers are so obvious it would be a waste of time.... 1. Injuries are hurting big time 2. Skills are poor 3. We're too slow, partly the interrupted pre-season, partly (4.) we've not targeted outside pace 4. Our recruiting has been (let's be glass half full...) below average These are largely independent 1 needs to improve over next 3 weeks (to some degree uncontrollable despite the anti-Mission sentiment on DL) 3 and 4 are priority for 2020. 2. Is simply an indictment on the whole Footy Department, not enough focus on skills, particularly kicking, especially goal kicking
  23. Spargo must have played his last game today, he was terrible. His pathetic effort to cover a player where he ended up clumsily running over the mark giving 50 and the 1st goal to GWS was indicative of his day. The only thing he looked capable doing was running off to the bench Lucky goal late and a few cheap kicks wasn't enough to salvage anything
  24. Yeah, I called for that in the Goalkicking post! But aparently we don't have one!! Which then doubles the requirement for Max Rooke to FRO
