  1. FREEEEEEETEER Great outcome, was honestly not expecting such good news. Mostly because, well, you can insert most things that have happened to/at this club over the last xx years. Now let's get those Swans. We've lost a few we shouldn't have, time to start payback.
  2. The most important thing is we got the 4 points. Fritter capitalised. Kosi was electric, Salem was solid. But geez not convincing at all. And to top it off, Tomlinson ☚ī¸ Weird to say it after a win, but we have to dust ourselves off after this and bounce back hard next week as the Swans won't be easy. But a win is a win, again, past Demons would have lost this one.
  3. Dees by 61 points, heard it here first.
  4. Completely agree. He's hard to gauge because he rarely has 'big' games stats wise, but he's smart and can be deadly by foot. He just comes under the spotlight a lot more when everyone else is firing.
  5. It's great that we're capitalising on Fritter given that we may lose him for a week.
  6. Melksham's delivery was sublime
  7. KOSSIE! That moment is a shining light in an otherwise dark day! Let's hope that lights a spark!
  8. Getting schooled by these spuds. If we don't come out breathing fire and somehow remembering how to play the game, the big ole question mark will be well and truly over our heads again (rightfully).
  9. Oskar poor. I thought our days of persisting with VFL standard players in the firsts was over.
  10. Melksham's best delivery into the 50 Langdon should have gotten a free Needed that goal
  11. Not how I saw BB's first goal (the first one was more like it, and likely a goal anyway), but I'll take it!
  12. Pathetic. Nobody's running. F50 entry (on the few occasions we have found the ball) has been poor. Getting smoked
  13. I never thought this was going to be an annihilation. It's the sort of game that has historically bothered us. Plus the Roos have a spell on us for whatever reason. I expected a contest from a team with nothing to lose and everything to prove. But we're getting carved up here. Our goals were largely lucky. We better come out a different team or it'll potentially be a very embarrassing day.
  14. We CANNOT take the Roos for granted. They did beat us 17 times straight (got to play on the psyche) and they have nothing to lose here. We're a different beast this year, but I hope we came to play and not just expect the win against a struggling team.
  15. How good was our defence? May Lever and Salem were huge, as always. Hibbo shut out Dusty. But a guy that doesn't get much attention is Tomlinson. Nothing fancy, but he is doing what he needs to do and is an integral part of the fortress. Need to check our points conceded stats but it must be looking pretty silly now.
  16. Much like last week, the gauntlet was thrown at us. And again, we took it and proceeded to belt the bejeesus out of our opposition with it. This time it was the reigning premiers no less. Relentless. Bloodthirsty United
  17. So.... have we beaten anyone good yet? Huge game. We were bullied, and we bullied back. Salem, Trac, Oliver, Max, Langdon,, Lever, TMac, Hunt, fantastic. But so many contributors. ANB some really nice things, big goal. The best part? The Tigers looked rattled, broken, scared, angry. We did that to them. Believe.
  18. The tigers look so rattled and broken. I love this so much.
  19. TTTTRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAACCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCC
  20. Salem has been monumental. I'd have re-signed him for 50 years!
  21. So proud of TMac. This year could have been so different but he's taken this opportunity by the scruff of the neck. We all have, really.
  22. 100% Good teams find a way. Special teams destroy when they get a whiff.
  23. With May to return, Petty finding his feet and Hibbo playing a blinder, tough to see Jetta finding his way back.
  24. One of life's greatest pleasures is giving the Hawks a good pantsing. Even better is that we did all the destruction in a quarter. Imagine if we connected for a whole game!? We went from no firepower last year to an abundance of potential goalkickers! AND we have Weed and Brown to return, who had great games in the 2s. The future is here!
