Walters and taberner out just means more goals for Jesse to kick.
Go Jesse!

That Petracca goal was somethin else.
He is seriously good.

Jack Viney leaving helps us, not hinders for mine.
Gus plays in the guts more - who is much more creative than Viney's limited disposal skills - and we get likely first rounder in return.
I've also never really warmed to Jack's "do what I do" leadership. I honestly don't think it's a bad thing that he leaves.

I've resisted as long as I could, but this is the first time I'll say it.
Goodwin has to go. There is literally no excuses this year. You just failed as a senior coach. Time to move on.

[censored] you Melbourne

I hope those claiming they won't renew their membership aren't the ones that blindly renew every October.
Bloody remember these moments, and start to hold this god damn club accountable for a change.
-
Not one Melbourne player is taking responsibility to kick goals. Everyone is defending tonight. No intent going forward.
I have no idea what they think get paid to do.

I have no idea who is going to kick our goals today.

Words can't do the justice of Truck's last goal.
Absolute freak.

Last minute hurt, but the other 39 had us a 14 point better side.
More positives than negatives. Stay the course and I reckon we get up.
-
Nope, kick the first goal of the quarter and it'll be on.
Shocking quarter, but keep at it Dees.
-
Make no mistake, being up by 7 points is a great achievement. Doggies are a tough team, and we're matching them.
May has been huge for us.

Current: Max. A man of the people, undisputed gun on the field, leader of all facets of our club.
Past: My local Russel Robertson

We're getting some good service from the umps, but we're clearly the better team of the half.
Spargo has been devine!

I don't think there is a team I wanna beat more than Collingwood.
Gotta win this one Dees.

- So if Gawn doesn’t play, it certainly levels the game up very quickly.
- Gawn hasn't been named. Scared of getting the usual bath from Grundy, I suppose.
- Pruess be a Poor Man Mumford by trying to Rough up Grundy.
- Pruess isn’t a real ruck, I actually rate him, but he’s a Mumford crash and bash type who’ll try to hurt his opponent.
I still remember that time when Witts, Grundy and Cox were all selected to combat Gawn and Max destroyed them all single-handedly.
Then there's that time where Max got 34 touches against Grundy... just last year, in fact.
It's an argument I try to have 'fun' with outwardly with Collingwood supporters about who is better, but I secretly boil inside

I think TMac is a clear out for mine.
Despite a good performance, there is no where else for him to realistically play without expensing a better fit.
Langdon aside, I also think no one has shown more than Nathan Jones in that wing/HFF role. So he stays for mine.
In: Gawn, Viney
Out: TMac, Sparrow
Sparrow has been good too, but he's the first out in terms of like-for-like with Viney. Otherwise we're getting players OOP
-
I think Brayshaw adds more than Viney does in the middle personally.
He creates space whereas Viney barges through it.

Don't understand the Jones hate. He's set us up today.
Spargo also good.

I'm enjoying watching Jackson play.
A lot to work with there.

How about Fritsch getting whacked in the head earlier?
"Play on"

I still can't quite believe Melksham is skipper today. Doesn't sit comfortably with me at all.

Damn, was really hoping Goodwin would wake up today and pick Preuss
-
I dunno what the point is in having Preuss if we don't play him for this exact scenario.
