12 years since in a final, and we won last week after a few experts said we would miss the 8. Beat hawks tonight and I believe we have done as well as expected, if not better. We can beat the eagles at home but to be honest the fact we could make a prelim is amazing. Had we not stuffed the two Geelong games we would be where the eagles are now. 2019 will be huge, this year let’s hope we create a fairytale. For many of us that is certainly happening !

Sorry for thread but for the first time in 12 years I get to discuss the 1st week of finals! Looking likely to be a home game against hawks or Geelong. Who would we prefer. Any footy analysis out there care to share. Trying to work out who I want to win tonight, swans or hawks. Hawks losing almost gives us the g. Collingwood hopefully gets done but looking at freo one would think not!

Best of luck to him. Coming in to a crunch game and with most on here wanting his head already. Big fan but feel next year will be ideal. I think he will play his role in next two games and I hope the club give the lad a chance next year. Sad thing if we miss finals he could have played all year.
