    ...Can someone explain what Ratten tangibly achieved at MFC in 12 months that makes him so highly rated? also didnt he leave the MFC because he couldnt balance the high demands of the role of an assistant coach, travel and his family...I doubt that being a senior coach would be an easier balancing act for him.
