The siren went as it left the boot. Took the ump ages to blow the whistle until after it crossed the goal line FFS. Macca and Hore were amazing that quarter. No use going to Harris when she's got 2 on her. And... What on earth is going on with Banno this season? It's not just that the attacking runs have disappeared, her defensive efforts seem effortless. There was a period halfway through the third on the half back flank where she attempted to tackle three times in a row for no effect. She just seemed to jog at her opponents. She's a senior player that needs to step up in these type of games. This would be a win for the ages to get up from here

How's the weather down there today?

It's a horrible game to watch, but it's footy and the Eagles are at least hanging in there. It would be great to see them roll the blues.

Well this keeps us rolling with the theme of the season in delivering against the odds as we lose one good player after another to injury. Geez we're well and truly underdogs now. Hopefully the lions will be overconfident now and we hit them hard early. I'd never back this team out. Demon Spirit

It will hurt us not having Goldy this weekend. She's had a bumpy season. We'll really miss her run. Thought she'd be back in this week. I hope her eye is coming good

Drop an email to PG perhaps? Our clib can do better. Training sessions could be a small section that's updated regularly with a quick status update if things are changing. It's not fair on you or the other track watchers to try and guess when and where traing will be. It would be a 5 minute update for someone to make to a website or even a social media post. Thanks to all the track watchers for their updates over both teams. As an interstate member, I really appreciate it.

It wasn't the prettiest at times but I thought the game against the lions last week was close to the best AFLW game I've watched. Fantastic pressure from both sides

Gee we've had some injuries and challenges this year. A great effort to lock down a top 2 finish. I'm not super confident, but if we can put 4 quarters of our best footy together, we can roll anyone. A great third quarter. Really liked the way Mick rolled Harris I to defence at the end of each quarter to hold us steady. Go Dees, let's steal this flag from Norf
