  1. Exactly. It was never going to fly as the expert panel on channel 7 had already deemed it unanimously as accidental. I wouldn't say it was careless as he was quite careful on swinging that Elbow back with the intention to connect.
  2. Just tackling and trash talking Selwood. Yeeeew
  3. Melksham is a showboat
  4. That was brilliant. Clarry got straight in his face too
  5. Selwood whinging to the umps coming off.
  6. It took two bs frees to gift them that one
  7. Sparrow on May is out
  8. Elbow in the face by Hawkins
  9. Spargo ducking on Selwood to pull the free was hilarious
  10. Elbowed in the face by Hawkins. Has smashed his eye open.
  11. Good energy but costly in some ways. Should be further in front but at least we're not being jumped and four goals down. Great to see the likes of Tmac and Jones really pushing hard. Even Brayshaw seems to be running hard Hope the weather holds and we run them off their feet.
  12. Looking forward to Viney smashing some old cat's bodies. This is still one of my all time favourite photos.
  13. Totally agree. I can't see how Melksham has earned a game. He was incredibly lazy last year. Couldn't understand how he ended up captain at one point. What message does it send to a young bloke like Sparrow.
  14. Completely agree @binman. I don't think this club realises how good these girls are and how we should be promoting them. They're Wonderful role models and could recruit a huge bunch of kids to become Melbourne supporters. Really love watching them play at the moment. Just as much as watching the blokes. They never give in.
  15. I thought he did the broadcast from his lounge room in his y fronts
  16. Geez Hawks and their" bomb it long into the forward line." From experience, I don't think it works.
  17. C'mon poo and wees
  18. Yep, he's their best
  19. They've stood in tackles a lot today and hung on to the ball for ages. Hope we pay attention to really pinning the arms this week.
  20. The cat's aren't exactly fast are they. I hope the Hawks stay in this game and make them earn it.
  21. I noticed that too. I'm sure he realises he's got limited time to cement a place in the team. It's good to see he seems angry about his poor game. There's many over the last couple of years who haven't. Hope he bounces back next week and I hope he's not carrying an injury. He didn't seem to move like he did in the first two weeks. I hate to say it about one of my favourites, but the game is speeding past Jetta now. Maybe Hibberd in for Nev. I reckon Jonsey is going alright.
  22. Thanks for all the background @gaelicfootballfan she's a wonderful player to watch as is the whole team this year. They never give up. I went into this season feeling a bit disillusioned but the girls have been so good and the blokes are off to a great start too. not sure if you've seen much of the men's games, but we've got a true gem to watch with this fella too. RD 3 | Game breaker | Kysaiah Pickett https://www.melbournefc.com.au/video/898026/rd-3-game-breaker-kysaiah-pickett?videoId=898026&modal=true&type=video All the best.
  23. Yep, Tmac looked really angry at the end which was a positive. Hope he bounces back next week.
  24. Agree. It was putrid umpiring. Anyone see the final tally. That tackle of Gawn after he'd taken a mark but no fifty. They're just spoil the game.
