I don't really think he's our best 22 by a long way. It's his sixth season this year and as a mid he has consistently amassed 15 disposals each game. He either lacks fitness or just plain midfielder skill. ie reading the play. In any event it was a big call for the Fd to drop such a regular player. Not something that is done very often From all reports today, its hard to see him get back into the Seniors. He's probably better off playing stints on the fwd line .

Agreed. We will be fielding, I believe, our best fwd line and hopefully it won't have to do half the ruck work.

I'm hoping that with Max back our fwd line will be more potent and settled. In fact it's probably the best we have had all year I think it will go without Kozzie who with Rivers will boost our midfield. A lot will depend on Viney and Oliver tmrw. I think our best will show up this weekend. ( We will know in the first quarter I guess). I really rate us this weekend. I just hope Max is Ok. Dropping Sparrow was a big call but it was time. Who will take his spot?

We have Windsor who is super fast. Kozzie is no slouch Langers is still spritely. But yea I hope we shop for a couple of speedy players for 25.

I hope we get to knock Carlton out in a final. It will make up for supporting them tonight.

If Petty can find some more form, and with Gawn doing most of the ruck and Turner kicking a couple of goals this will be the best fwd line fielded all year.
