Hore would probably be in for Jetta if not injured. I hear what you are saying but for me its foot to the throat time. Keep ploughing onwards.

10 Reasons Why This is The Best Forward Squad
I complained about Hunt constantly being played in defence and boy was I wrong about that. Daw would be good but Im hoping there is simply no room for him. Anb has been fantastic. Works very hard.

POSTGAME: Rd 04 vs Geelong
Looking at the May hawkins incident in slo mo....maybe it was an accident. Can i just ask: How do we know it was? The bloke through his elbow without looking towards Mays face and gee it made contact. How could it not that close in? Just saying maybe it was but one could say maybe it wasnt. Why did he throw his elbow back in the first place? Any player can throw an elbow behind him when being held by his opponent and say I didnt mean to make contact. Was it just reflex? If so its still dangerous. Is this a precedent for future errant elbows. The Afl talks about concussion but maybe even accidents like this need to penalised. At least a suspended sentence. This way players might just have to keep their massive elbows to themselves and stop either accidents...deliberate....or "deliberate accidents " from causing serious injuries.

10 Reasons Why This is The Best Forward Squad
What looked shot a couple of years ago after the exodus of Hogan and a long slump with Tmac is now looking like the exact opposite. Firstly Fritta is asserting his superior athleticism and skills for a so called 3rd tall and is dominating at present. Last week we revealed our super weapon in Kozzie who is an incredible goalsneak. 3rd and 4th, We have new and constant improvement in Anb and Spargo applying great pressure both physical and on the scoreboard. 5, Tmac is almost back to his best. 6 and 7 Jackson is going to get even better and gives us the chance to use Max up fwd. 8 Goodys new found flexibility in moving tagged mids up there. 9 and 10.....Weid and Brown have not yet played. Its a defender's nightmare starting to unfold.

POSTGAME: Rd 04 vs Geelong
Was actually excited to see him selected but agreed he didnt do much. Really hoping he would embrace his 2nd chance and rip into it, like Tmac has done. First game in a long time but Tmac started on fire. I still remember his silky skills and conditions were not great but then I look at how Fritta played. If he plays again like that then I cant see him staying at he club. Sounds harsh but when I see how all the other players are doing everything to win....TWELVE tackles by Viney, then its hard not to feel that way. Especially given his performance last year. Maybe he will turn it around. I really hope so but I dont think Im alone in saying these things.

Thats a big compliment to Jake, Joeboy. Sean Wight was a hero. One of my favorite all time players. Probably the strongest and bravest. Was well respected by all including opposition. But JL is starting to show the same clothe.

Very strong for his size. Tackles with all his might. Not lazy in applying them. Corners opposition all the time. Melksham take note please. Did a Selwyn on Selwyn. Loved it.

Tough call. But like toby g and his errant kicking ( hitting faces) if you inadvertantly ( benefit of doubt) throw them around, sooner or later you elbow someone in the eye. Should be some sort of demerit system.

I thought Jackson was in the ruck too long but it paid off with Max finishing with a full tank.

Thanks Jumbo but this is sad news indeed. I think it was an accident but hawkins should not have been swinging his elbows around. On that basis anyone could do it and hide under the same pretext. Like a ball over the line on purpose or not...how do you judge intent?
