  1. i heard a lot of 'oh dont worry ame this used to happen a lot i remember whole seasons were we had 100pt floggings every week..' i love going to the footy with old people ^^
  2. if, and this is a major if, ND is gonna leave, he should do it around the bye. getting a new coach with a break would work well - check out the team, has half a season with them, etc etc etc i'm still a ND supporter tho.
  3. *bows down* you have a (quite) point.
  4. exactly! it was painful to watch. these guys have so much potential. espicially yze.
  5. i would say the blame rest squarly on the shoulders of the players. on paper, todays team, if they played to their potential, should have been better then they acted. they should have been competitive!
  6. AGREED!! whos kicking the goals needed for those wins? i'm starting to think that we'd have more of a chance if we fielded sandy's premiership team from 04-05-06 DemonDoug - my mother has been a demon since she was born. her first 25 years of supporting we didnt make the finals... (she was 2 in 1961)... and she still goes every week! thats loyalty. where i was sitting today (under the clock) there was a lot of negativity happening. we have to stop turning on our own.. cheers to the guys who stood up when we finally reached five goals & showed a bit of enthusiasim - PLEASE keep it up.
  7. 'footy breeds optimisim' :D wouldnt our percentage be so bad now that making the eight will become almost impossible?
  8. i should have taken the extra shift i was offered at work >.< i dont agree with the whole get rid of daniher now mentality. it wouldn't be good for the team. its not his fault they cant kick, cant tackle, cant bloody mark and we've got a debilitating injury list. stop making daniher a scapegoat - its injuries & players that are the problem.
  9. lets just hope none of them get injured, yeah? enjoyed watching all of them play today. green showed flashes of .. well better then the rest. he actually ran to the ball when he was in the forward line. he should have started there!!
  10. *hits head with keyboard* him & jones seemed to be the most consistant players today - our first two goals were delivered via some magic from them both. to loose either one would be horrible.. i dont think we'll have enough experience to make a team by round 6.
