  1. [censored] Barrett, I refuse to read the article
  2. I was really harsh on him but he's now doing pretty much everything that I was complaining about, which means, well...I can stop complaining. That was easy.
  3. His attack on the ball this season has been very impressive and his overall improvement has been staggering. Roos has often stated that he's not a miracle worker, I tend to disagree with him
  4. Would Roos trade Tyson and Salem for pick 2 or for Kelly? No way, he wouldn't even trade one of those players for Kelly. Kelly has a long way to go to even match Tyson and there's no guarantee that it will happen.
  5. His last couple of weeks have been quite good
  6. Now that it's clear that we're greatly improving and on the right track, if Frawley does go it will make himself look pretty bad. I'll be happy if he stays but I'm no longer greatly worried if he goes.
  7. What an idiot. Looks like Heath Shaw is having a positive influence on the club
  8. Aye, that might just tempt me.
  9. Barrett is a muppet, I refuse to watch, read or listen to anything that he is involved in.
  10. The players know enough to realize that ongoing injections directly into their stomach conducted in an off-site non-medical place isn't going to be within the rules. Then there's the whole issue around the unknown Mexican drug which is just bizarre that they didn't question..
  11. I have no sympathy for the players, they knew what was going on, and if they didn't then they deserve a two year ban for being mind numbingly stupid
  12. Welcome to demonland Eye, hope you enjoy your time here!
  13. Toumpas playing for Casey is a result of Roos trying to instill a culture of players earning their spot and learning at VFL level. Bugger me though how Watts is getting a game.
  14. I [censored] hate losing and I [censored] hate losing to the Bulldogs. But, it's comforting to know that we're improving
  15. The AFL is reliant on people buying or using the products of it's major sponsors. Take that away from them and they will very quickly take notice.
  16. http://demonland.com/forums/index.php?/topic/36407-how-to-protest-against-the-afls-decision-to-suspend-viney/
  17. There are two ways to protest against the AFL's moronic decision to suspend Viney for two games. The first is to boycott Melbourne games. To me this is not an option because it will hurt our club more than the AFL. The best way is to boycott the sponsors of the AFL. But you need to tell them that you're doing it, send a message to the AFL that you will boycott their Corporate Sponsors in protest and then send a message to each one explaining why. Don't be aggressive, just tell them that whilst they sponsor the AFL you won't be using their products. This is the only way to make the AFL listen to the people that makes their large pay packets possible. Here is a link to the AFL's sponsors: http://www.afl.com.au/afl-hq/partners/corporate-partners For Toyota click on this link: http://www.toyota.com.au/email-us?enquiryType=Company For Gatorade: http://www.gatorade.com.au/contact-us.php Coca Cola: https://www.coca-cola.com.au/contact Carlton Draught: https://www.carltondraught.com/contact.php nab: https://ols.nab.com.au/onlineforms/...stions/f886746d-eef0-4cdb-8a22-28d657d8c7e9/1 The more people who do this the more impact there will be.
  18. The AFL is now a Bruise Free organization and Gleeson has nfi how the game is played or what a human is physically capable of doing.
  19. I agree with everything you posted
  20. Neeld had a dysfunctional board and admin behind him, Roos the opposite. Don't underestimate the affect PJ has had on this club and the players. It's amazing what a little trust and belief can do to a workforce Edit: Missed the L in Neeld
  21. There was one piece of play that sums JKH up, he was just about to get the ball and was being tackled at the same time, he had the composure to take the tackle and to identify who to pass the ball as well. But it was the handball which was the most impressive part, he pretty much started the handballing action before he got the ball, so once he had it he instantly made contact with his fist and moved it on. Simply awesome
  22. I'm at home watching it, it's just as bad, trust me.
  23. I find it incredibly hard supporting a team that he plays for, watching is just [censored] painful.
  24. Dawes is 10 times the footballer compared to Watts
