  1. St Kilda still has several players with Grand Final experience, Reiwoldt, Montagna and Hayes are all elite players, and they heavily relied on these guys to beat Freo. Of course they're also about to retire soon which means that the saints could bottom out even further. We're ahead of them development wise.
  2. But that's what I don't get, every time all the issues die down he has to start them up again. This latest pathetic attack takes the cake, no sane person could possibly come to the conclusion that he did.
  3. I agree, but it's the AFL that we're talking about, common sense is not a common trait with those in power.
  4. The AFL are worried that elite athletes will go to other codes if we continue to raise the draft age.
  5. You are going to be very hard to beat in the finals, how does it feel to have one hand on the trophy?
  6. I've just reread JCB's post again, and it's even funnier the second time around. This is what happened. - JCB made a complaint to Ryan Powers. - Ryan comes in and slaps a ban on posting for everyone in the league - JCB complains to Ryan accusing me of abusing my powers, discriminating against him and god knows what else, but in reality it was Ryan who did it because of JCB's original request. I had nothing to do with it. How can you respond to that logic? Snomed, I think you're right. Edit: I've also taken plenty of screenshots to demonstrate all the slanderous accusations made in this thread. Bring it on
  7. Go back and have a look at the messages, Ryan posted under my profile about the restrictions after JCB made a complaint. People are using the mobile app to post. JCB is complaining about something that he is responsible for. Can you believe that?
  8. FFS, here we go again. JCB, I am not responsible for what's happening in our league. You are. I am also locked out of posting on the website, I'm using the mobile app to post things which I feel are important for the competition. How dare you accuse me of abusing power and discriminating against you. First of all you made my life extremely unpleasant when you knew I have a very ill family member, that didn't stop you harassing me at every opportunity. You then had a sook to Ryan who has made the restrictions in our league. Read that bit again, your actions are the cause for the situation we are now in. Not me. You. Do you understand this very simple but extremely important point? I am not responsible, you are. Let's see what you're accusing me of: Abusing my power, discrimination, no decency of notification and bullying. Are you serious? What I don't get is that everything had died down again. Why do you feel the need to start everything up, yet again? Every time it's you who starts it up again. No one cares about your pathetic inferior complex, I don't care, I just want to stop arguing with a nutter. This season has been ruined by you and your childish tantrums. One final point. I hope you enjoyed the result from the weekend, I know how much that game meant to you, what was the final score, I was 15 and you were 4? I know if felt good, and I know exactly how you took it. I just can't believe you are trying to blame me for this when it was your actions that have resulted in yourself having restrictions.
  9. Really, is that what it sounds like? You accuse me of 'abuse of power' and you call me over reacting? LOL, GFY, oh and by the way, like I posted in theage, JCB tried his hardest to get you booted from the competition when you weren't logging in. He wanted to play your team for you, I refused to do it. So the next time you accuse me of abusing my power have a think and get all the facts before making a fool of yourself. If you still think the same then I really don't give a [censored], do what you want to do, it makes no difference to me.
  10. How does 'go [censored] yourself' sound?
  11. This is so everyone is clear on what occurred and what has since taken place. I will not tolerate any form of personal attacks, abuse or bullying. It is unacceptable in any form or in any situation. JCB was removed because he breaking the Ultimate Footy Terms of Use, if anyone needs a refresher follow the below link: http://ultimate-footy.theage.com.au/help/terms It is quite clear that JCB doesn't believe that he has done anything wrong, he's a quote from smack talk with R24: Anyhow-- first things first ..have a very easy WIN over me..thanks to Farka Justarse.(sorry for spelling mistakes..All the best for finals. You play very well I have since contacted the Ultimate Footy administrators by email to explain what has occurred, what I have done and screen shots to support my decision. I know that they take these situations very seriously. Yes, the competition has been ruined this year but I refuse to take the blame for it, that rests with only one person. He had many opportunities to stop his actions and refused.
  12. We're lucky that Griffin and Roughead will be missing from the Doggies, losing Griffin will offset us losing Cross and McKenzie.
  13. Disco
  14. If we're going to lose him then the more the better
  15. Daniher was training with the club in 2012 as a F/S who was tied to the club.
  16. To add some spice to this rumour, Coniglio is very good mates with Dom Tyson. By spice, I mean turmeric. Edit: Dazzledavey beat me to it.
  17. Knightmare always does a very detailed mock draft, also watch out for Quigley and Snoop Dog. Chris25 is very good with is SA boys. They're probably the best four in terms of knowledge of the game. Machsy is right, these guys do this as a hobby, although they do invest a lot of time they're not always right with their predictions. But let's face it, even the professionals get it wrong as well. What they do well is to give you an idea of the type of players they are, and to an armchair amateur like mw who doesn't have time to go and watch these kids, I'm very grateful for their contribution.
  18. 'I'm a bit like Wattsy' - that's the best quote I've seen for awhile!!!!
  19. Yep, serves me right for not following the conversation.
  20. Very fast, break the lines type with good kicking skills. Outside mid at this stage but from I hear this will change as he gets older, not afraid of a contest. Definitely not like Cale Morton, more like Hill from Freo.
  21. Lads, they are aware of the issue with the League page not working and are working towards fixing it. I'll post any updates here
  22. Every time I see him play he's getting pantsed by his opponent.
  23. What I like about this team now is that they're no longer satisfied with improving and being competitive, they want to win every game and they're getting more and more [censored] with losing. Even when we play the best team.
  24. http://boundforglorynews.com/afl-bloodlines-potential-father-son-nominations/ MELBOURNE Jake Lovett (Danenong Stingrays) Son of: Brett Height: 192 cm Weight: 80 kg Position: Utility 2014 Games: 1 Draft Eligible: 2015 Melbourne fans would be salivating over the prospect of running machine, Jake Lovett. Although a different type of player to his father, Jake is a high-possession winning on-baller, with damaging disposal and has a tendency to be aggressive. Although he’s played just the one game so far, he didn’t disappoint. In round five against the Western Jets, the smooth moving live-wire was a ball magnet, running through the midfield and pushing forward at will. His line-breaking runs were of serious note, as he collected 21 disposals to match his three marks and five tackles. Oozing class, Lovett finished with a tidy disposal efficiency of 76 per cent and was named in Dandenong’s best despite a three-point loss to the Western Jets. Billy Stretch (Glenelg) Son of: Steven Height: 179 cm Weight: 70 kg Position: Wing/Half Forward Flank 2014 Games: 2 Average Stats: 10 disposals 1.5 tackles, 1 goal Draft Eligible: 2014 Known for his elite running capacity and his damaging kicking efficiency, Billy Stretch has got class in spades. His kicking efficiency ranks in the elite – and that’s off both sides. Playing for Glenelg, Stretch was selected in the three senior trial games, where he made an influence and would’ve kept his place in the side had it not been for the AIS’s tour of Europe. The good news is for Stretch, is that upon returning – he slotted straight back into the senior side against Adelaide, and finished with 10 disposals, three tackles and one goal. He’s already tasted what life at Melbourne is like, undergoing placement there for one week under the AFL-AIS program he’s apart of. The plaudits came thick and fast for Stretch who was professional, diligent and took everything the group through at him. Jake Lovett listed as 192cm? Holy crap!! An aggressive and classy 192cm midfielder who can break the lines with his pace?! [censored] me!!!!
