H_T, click on the 'Pre-Season Draft' tab then click on 'Nominate Rookies', your team from last year will be there. To the new guys I've assigned your keepers, have a look under the 'Pre-season Draft' tab and then 'Draft Results' to see your rookie picks. If you want to make a change just let me know

The only way we can have a truly level playing field is when the fixture is not set with the sole purpose to increase attendance for the larger clubs, yes the COLA is a problem but it's pretty insignificant compared to the fixture.

Couple of things, there's a new rule which is to save some of the 'robust discussions'that occurred last season. Every team must have 2 rookies listed for the next season, ie born 1993 or later and we're going to have pre draft trading available again for anyone who wishes to have a shot. Don't think we had one last year.

That leaves 7-up with 3, good luck guys, I'll assign the teams shortly. By the looks of it you can assign your own keepers so can everyone do so, and remember you can change them up until the draft day if you get an injury.

By the looks of it s-t-i-n-g-a isn't coming back, I've sent him a pm but no response. He also hasn't logged onto demonland since November so I think it's safe to presume he's not coming back. This means 7-up is in, please log in mate. I hope that makes sense >< This is a keeper league, you get to keep 4 players from the previous season. 2 can be any age you want and 2 must be born in 1992 or greater ie 2 matures and 2 rookies. (Can someone else confirm that that is the right year for rookies?), everyone else please post their rookies, once 7-up logs in I'll start assigning the rookies and then set the draft order. I'm going to allow everyone to change their keepers right up to the draft just in case of any late injuries and at this stage the draft will be on a Monday night, starting at 7:00pm with 1 minute per pick. My nominated rookies are: Marc Murphy Jordan Lewis Jeremy Cameron Brodie Grundy Any queries or concerns now is the time to speak up. In case of a dispute I'm going to have the final say however can I have someone volunteer to assist with decision making? Just to have more transparency in any disputes that may come up throughout the season.

Someone who surprised me from that game was Dunn, I thought he played with a lot of maturity which is something I'd never expect from him.

Thanks Arrow, thanks for letting us know, pity you can't continue mate. That means Brunoc is in and now we're just waiting on s-t-i-n-g-a. Once we've settled on the playing list I'll assign teams to the new guys and then we can set our keepers. To the new guys I'll expalin this later. We also have to decide the final two spots of the draft order but I may just flip a coin.

Agreed RPFC, it's much better that SC, I really like the versatility of it. 12 would be an ideal number but I think 16 also works well.

The state of play right now is that 10 have signed up, two have pulled out but two have asked to join, so that gives us 12 so far. We're waiting on DL7, Robbo, SnomeD and Stinga, I'll send pm's and we'll give them a couple of days before throwing out more invites. If you'd like to join please let me know and I'll add you onto the waiting list I want to get the league finalised asap so we can start to work on the draft date, at this stage it is going to be a Monday night, starting at 7:00pm, plan to go with the same format, 1 minute per selection. I've started on the draft order, if you can remember where you finished please advise, if we all can't remember or there are disputes then I will set the order using an alternate method.

I've created the new League and the password is the same from last year. Name: Norm Smith League Password: DNALNOMED You need to log in and link your account to the previous years team and then you'll be able to set your keepers. We'll look at the lock out time for the keepers once everyone is on board and all the teams are assigned so no need to do it right now, just please check if you can see your previous team. i'll try and send a pm to everyone as a reminder. At this stage I'm looking at a Monday night for the draft, unsure of dates just yet. Please let me know if there is a Monday coming up that doesn't suit.
