Good news if such is possible regarding the injury to Lynden is that the operation to repair the compressed fracture of his cheek ( not jaw ) went well and he did not require any plates to hold it in place. Will miss at least 6 weeks but is in very good spirits and should be dicharged from hospital later today.

Dunny in surgery tonight to have a compressed fracture of the cheek repaired from an elbow early in the first quarter today.
