  3. Great analysis Vogon, as someone who was also there I think you've pretty much nailed it. Particularly accurate re: Tyson I think. Very hard to believe that ANB and Harmes, along with a couple of others, have now gone ahead of him but it's probably true at this point. He's clearly out of form but looked to regain some of what we're familiar with in the second term. Still not a walk up start at this point.

Match of the round for mine. Pity that in a week where we broke our membership record, this game is being played in front of max crowd of 5000. Got a feeling that I'll be watching through my fingers for much of it...us by 12.
  5. Judging by this thread weโ€™re messing with ourselves too
  6. Tyson is the new whipping boy, letโ€™s face it. Looked a bit rushed with his disposal at times, but I would anticipate a recall after that performance.
  7. Balic has impressed late
  8. Good quarter from Tyson

  10. Good call Diamond, either way it's a Grand Old Flag today!

TMac is ok, and WILL play, as is pretty much confirmed by his inclusion in the final side. Medical staff and TMac himself were being precautionary which is understandable on both their parts given TMacโ€™s previous foot issues. The issue identified this week is not a major one, and the area in concern is different to the one that caused him to miss earlier this year. All are just keen to get him through to the bye round for a rest and reassessment to be done then. Sauce is as good as can be.
  12. Hunt will be at Port and I'm thinking that Tyson will be too - the latter needs the game time. Hasn't played for two weeks now...
  13. Fingers crossed for Tyson to absolutely monster it today

Itโ€™s the same thing as tennis racquets, for example, you can go to Rebel sport and buy a racquet that looks exactly like the one Federer uses, however as a professional tennis player, he has his own racquets weighted, tensioned etc. to his liking โ€“ same principle with footy boots.
  15. Good call on Tyson, Werridee, and agree completely. I guess match committee don't though, looks like he's travelling....
  16. That's the mail. Apparently he's two subjects away from finishing his MBA and wants to transition into a FD Admin role...
  17. Yes Nahas has been killing it at Port. They are a very good and well drilled side - definitely breaking the mould for the non-aligned VFL clubs! I would expect Tyson and one perhaps one other listed player to travel to the NT either as travelling emergencies and also for PR purposes. That being said, if Tyson travels as emergency to the NT, that will be two weeks without a game...
  18. 6 - Melksham 5 - Brayshaw 4 - TMac 3 - Lever 2 - Jones 1 - Gawn HM: to all namely Hibberd. Hard side to break into now...
  19. Jeffy is going ok - a couple of goal assists which set up Pedo who's definitely been the star of the show. Tyson is the carry over emergency for tomorrow so isn't playing.

In: Salem Out: ANB, Hunt(?) Hunt clearly has pace to burn and we all know the deal with his disposal, but the only time I've really seen him put the afterburners on recently is running to the bench. Doesn't seem to be playing his natural game anymore and is getting pushed wide or caught on the fat side when attempting to break the lines

I thought Jack has delegated the role to multiple guys this year...?

Tradebait at the end of the year? Maybe. But at this point of the year I simply ask this question - if not Tyson, then who else? Who's spot in our best 22 could it be reasonably said that Tyson is taking up right at this point?
  23. There certainly was a very loud MFC supporter on L2 39 letting all and sundry know about it!
  24. 6. Brayshaw 5. Gawn 4. Oliver 3. Hogan 2. Jones 1. The Pig Hibberd HM's to Lever, OMac, Lewis, Bernard, Jetta, and Tyson (hopefully he can string a few together now)
