I’m not fully against Buckley. I think he is still hungry for a flag and would have learned a lot from his 9 years at the Pies

certainly was impressive to rebuild the list and make a GF. A list that didn't need rebuilding but nevertheless. However, by our (eg Goodys) standards he would not have gotten the chance. After 2 years of no finals with a talented list, he would have got the sack. Interesting to compare the 2 careers. Goody actually has the better finals record too.

I would say with 15 premiership players in the 22 then yes. In Collingwoods case they were young and highly touted as the dynasty - more than most. He underperformed supremely and if not a pies legend would have been sacked years earlier

Goodwin and Buckley have fairly similar coaching records Goody has the better finals record and obviously Bucks took over a premiership team Vs Goodwin a young up and coming team Bucks missed finals for 4 years with a very good list. I'm far from convinced

Who's idea was it to put Ed on the presser? He is clearly not the most savvy media guy out there. Remember the 'all duck no dinner' debacle? Not blaming Ed, he is a lovely guy, was honest and wanted Simon to know he loves him. We should have used Max or Lever who would have answered in a way that respects Goody but also does not directly conflict with the clubs decision to make us look (more) foolish.
