  1. Oliver is a bit like a young Jobe Watson who early in his career wouldn't kick the ball but all of a sudden it clicked. I'm sure the same will happen to Clarrie.
  2. He looks down and out. No spark - not creative enough and can't match it with the talls and too slow for the smalls. Don't know where he fits in any more.
  3. Thought Michie was quite good and ahead of Hunt and Wagner. Finally accept Garland is finished. Pederson also may well make way for Dawes. ANB must come in surely.
  4. Clarrie is having a shocker as well. Their midfield is eating us.
  5. Give him the rest of the year off. Not good at this stage of his career.
  6. It's the Hoganberg uncertainty principle
  7. Not a good day - we've lost Kent, Hogan and Oliver's injured. Thanks Demonland for cheering me up.
  8. Probably meeting up with Mccarthy of GWS to get some tips on handling home sickness
  9. And always ends with ' Thanks guys '
  10. Describing them as ordinary fringe players not worthy of any emotional investment by supporters. I think Grimes and Garland are better than that.
  11. I guess I see under - valuing their contribution as a form of disrespect.
  12. Mick Malthouse - according to him Collingwood were on the verge of creating a dynasty when he left - the implication being that appointing Buckley derailed it. Silly old fool.
  13. More fool them for getting in his way.
  14. I didn't realise we are getting Heeney
  15. What ever their limitations players like Grimes and Garland gave everything they had at a time when the club was a basket case. Poor development and coaching combined with an unreasonable burden of responsibility probably has destroyed their careers. They deserve our respect and support. I think it is sad that they probably won't be around to enjoy our future success.
  16. Hardly a meeting of MENSA
  17. I'm glad we have the likes of PJ and Mahoney to handle the negotiations. They are true professionals and will get it over the line unless Hogan is totally committed to returning to WA.
