  5. LEVER’S A STAYER Jake Lever took a little time to settle down in his new environment but once he did, his form in defence was spectacular. 6. SMALL PACKAGE The diminutive Spargo stands at only 173cm and is both the smallest and youngest player on the Melbourne list but he has a great football pedigree and from the moment he stepped up into the Melbourne team, he was ready to go. 9. And on that note.. now that the Gaff saga is over, this is moving back to the main Demonland board.
  10. ... in any event, now that AVB has signed, the incentive for a trade has gone.
  11. Deal done - he's now a Blue.
  12. Well obviously not now that he's not coming to us.
  13. Just sent a text to a Saints mate and he said he'd be absolutely filthy if the Saints let him go.
  14. I'd be touted as a number 1 Draft pick based on my 17 seconds of highlights.
  15. Former Demons' CEO Peter Jackson will be our very special guest on the next Demonland Podcast on Wednesday 17th October @ 8:30pm. Let us know if you have a question for Peter. We'll also be doing a wrap up of Trade Week if we ever get around to doing any trades.
  16. I just want him to stay so I don't have to update the banner or podcast logo.
  17. Can we please dispense with reacting to comments you don't agree with by calling the poster an idiot or similar.
  18. I did give both of the choices for us to get used to. We either accept that Freo aren't going to sell the farm for Hogan or we keep Hogan and go through another year of speculation and then possibly lose him for less next year.
  19. I just cannot see us getting this despite us all wanting this. Freo will not give us this particularly with Lobb in their sights. If we don't budge on this point then I think Freo will take their chances next year going head to head with the Eagles. We're going to have to get used to either taking a first rounder and a player/later pick or Jesse staying for the year and then leaving us next year when we'll get less.
