I must admit this thought has crossed my mind. No one will ever accept that premiership as a real premiership. It will always be seen as a glorified preseason comp win. It will forever be known as the Asterix Premiership.

As soon as a player from Team A has to be quarantined because a family member or someone they have had contact with comes down with COVID-19 then the entire Team A will need to be quarantined and then you are one team down. Add to that the situation where said player from Team A just played Team B then Team B needs to be quarantined. It's only a matter of time before this scenario happens and if it happens to Team C and Team J as well then the season is curtains anyway. IMHO the season will be canned today.
