Draft Rules

Featured Replies

I remember the AFL considering allowing clubs to trade draft picks in the next years draft as part of a trade. Has this been allowed? If so it will have huge ramifications for the Judd deal.

eg Carlton could trade pick 3 pick 21 and there first round from next year.

I remember hearing that too, but I certainly haven't heard that it's been put in place yet. Something for the future I'd suggest.

Whats to say we cant do the same???? If it's good for the tankers, its good enough for us. We have to be ruthless in our quest to get what we want. Let's not be a pushover and all wishy washy about the trade deals. We want Judd and we should be gung ho in doing our very best to trade in our favour as much as possible. Give as little away as we can so if we can snare another first round pick for Robbo for example and just use that and pick 4 to satisfy WC then we get to keep our main group of midfielders and we get Juddy too.

Thats my xmas wish this year.,... i have been a really good girl. So good I am damn well sickening!!
