From the AFL website: ' ... As a result, the AFL's hopes of announcing a 'return to training' date on Thursday – ideally as early as next week – will be delayed. ...'

The reason is that the AFL wants an even playing field and until WA and SA clubs have a 'home' no club will be able to start training 'as a team'.
