In what's certain to be a controversial move, the "organising committee has determined that as Heritier Lumumba will remain a senior listed player in 2017 that he may participate in this event." However, as Super says, "If you don't like it don't vote for him."

I don't think I would be going out on a limb if I suggested that Heritier will not get many more votes than the number of his training appearances during the preseason.
