Yep, I'm having the same issue now. Have tweeted the club and am on hold to NB now. Will let you know how it goes.

    I had this problem and just changed the shipping address and worked fine

    Hmm, tried that but no luck. No response from MFC, on hold to NB for ~25 mins twice without getting through. Will try another PC tonight on another network to see if that has any effect.

    I suspect the code is linked to your name and email. My daughter wanted the bank of Dad to assist with some NB goods. I entered the code with my name and email as I have a NB account. I got the same message so went back and redid the lot but changed the name and the email but kept my home address and the coupon code was applied. So enter contact details name and email as per the email you got from the club, this also limits someone else giving you their code. Good luck
