Watched the replay and thought I'd add that Michie found himself in defence a number of times purely through gut running - even got an intercept mark or two. Hopefully thats now the benchmark that he sets for himself because I can see him being a great accumulator of the footy if he can build on his tank and get around the ground more.

Saw the sheer sadness on his face when he was subbed at three quarter time about 5 matches ago. I assumed the hierarchy had decided he was gone.I was surprised to see him picked the next week and he hasn't looked back. I like him. He has a go and his disposal is intelligent and unhurried.

Having only just watched the replay for the first time, I can see how people see a little bit of Fyfe in Harmes.

Of course he isn't anywhere near the same talent but the way he plays and his body type is similar.
