Match day Jumper auctions

Featured Replies

Anyone bought one?

Do they come with grass/mud/bloodstains? I'm serious.

Is there a letter of authenticity from the club or player - with accompanying in action photograph?

How much are they? I guess a Nathan Jones one would fetch more than a fringe 22 player.

Do they come mounted - or in a brown bag like the on board guy here does our laundry?

Also guessing a more traditional example would attract a higher premium than a pink version like the Ladies' Day example.

I'd be interested to hear from anyone who can provide me with the info.

ย

1. I could never afford it.

2.There is normally a jumper for every player on the list. So only the 22 selected are match worn.

3. Don't know about a letter or photo.

4. ANZAC jumpers - highest price - over $1300.00 (J. Hogan). Lowest - any number at $220.

5. Doubt if they are mounted.

6. Nope.2014 BCNA (Pink Jumper) highest was $1300.00 (N. Jones).

All info can be found via mfc home page - Demonshop - Auctions - Results.

I have a Tom McDonald away one from last season signed by the whole team and also have Dom Tysons Indigenous round guernsey (Still trying to get him to sign this one. Its hard being in WA).

Neither came with any authenticity, they can range from $220-500 or whatever the highest bid goes for.

They are washed before you receive them and it is not mounted at all, although that all may change with this new lot, but thats how I received mine.

Oh and the sizes are very tight. Tysons medium is almost a small, McDonalds is a Large and almost a medium.
