Muhammad Ali v Tyson

why would you presume ali would use his rope-a-dope game plan on tyson

he was more astute than that

also if you are to look at tyson at the top of his game you should allow ali the same courtesy

both at their peak ali would be my pick

Tyson was a very similar fighter to smokin Joe Frazier, except as we saw, had a glass jaw.... but Frazier wouldn't drop.

Ali would pick Tyson off. especially the younger Cassius.

Where does Tony Madigan fit in this discussion, beaten by Clay in a semi at the Rome 1960 Olympics.

Many believed he was robbed including myself.

I think Madigan was around 30 when he fought Clay in Rome. ... in the light heavyweight division.

After that, he was probably more interested in male modelling.. seem to recall him saying no to offers turning pro.

wouldn't be the first boxer who got dudded, smithy

I used to follow the game when I was younger and was a Ron Casey fan.

I remember listening to the Famechon/Legra and Rose/Harada victories on 3LO.

Suspect the game has always been crooked, just like racing.
