Is there a way to do it in-season, through an EGM? Or do we have to wait until the AGM?

Also, how do we put together a ticket better than both the current one and the whole McNamee garbage pile.

Having been on a sports club board, it is a fairly simple proceedure. The members call for an EGM (extra ordinary general meeting) According to the constitution, it will be in there somewhere, as to what percentage of members is required to do this and what percentage need to attend or vote by proxy in order to call to vacate all positions and vote in the new ticket. Putting the ticket together is the hard bit in order to get people to believe they will do a better job. There may be a few different tickets and there would be differing opinions as to whom should be on it. Anyway you would need to get hold of a copy of the constitution because they can differ from club to club and go from there.
