Everybody who plays professional sport wants to win, it is what drives them to be at the top, otherwise we would have the AFL at VAFA standard

My opinion is based on sport was fine about 40 years ago without all these fancy words, teams still won (and lost) and the work environment seemed to survive without them as well....I played sport to win, if I didn't think I could win at a particular sport I didn't do it......that is the 'culture'...it is just some are not as good as others...but it can happen......but it does not need a fancy word to define it....it is just a desire to win

....it has nothing whatsover to do with this overused 'culture' word...

I'm not sure why you're so hung up about a single word.

"Culture" is simply a set of values and behaviors which govern clubs standards; and some clubs standards and adherence is far better than others. Culture definitely varies between clubs and this buzz word succinctly explains the reference.

You're getting hot and bothered by very little.

    Our administrators have caused & allowed this, since one of those got rid of our Honesty meter in 1965.

    We started to change when Dick Seddon & others helped out, but then let us slide back into our lounge suits.

They splashed out heavily, first to retain Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera - the hero of last year’s epic come-from-behind miracle victory -turning him into a $2 million man.
