    Remember one game at the G when Brian was dragged for not competing hard enough.

    When he re-entered from the bench he ran straight through a pack of about six players picked up the ball and kicked the ball forward. absolutely brilliant.

    On the other side of the coin I remember him picking up the ball in the forward pocket by himself and running and kicking the ball through the points from about 1metre out thinking it was the goals.

    A man of contrasts was Brian.

    Just watched the game against West Coast at Subi in 1990. Classic scenes with him and Grinter 'saluting' the crowd.
