I know a bit of Mark Neeld as we share some geographic boundaries and know players who have played for him and against him.

From what I gather his relationship with the players will be based on mutual respect. He won't be having the boys over on Sat night for a few beers and some hookey.

He will be a very demanding individual, I would think there will be some backlash and maybe some casualties as a result. So be it I say.

Is this the long awaited catalyst weve all been waiting on ?

Too easy and simple to suggest so but it bodes well. ^_^
