There was a time when Grimes went to the centre and had immediate impact yesterday

Should he saty there or is he better in defence. Iwas jsut thinking when we were so strong in defence with Chip and rivers and Bail /Bartram maybe he would have more impact on the ball

    I would prefer to see him in the middle. Offers a good target kicking out of defence, and his workrate is exceptional. Think he adds more to the team in the Mids than he does down back.

    Good call. Though it was brief his two shots at goal showed more penetration and I reckon he'd be much more damaging pushing further up.

    Ideally winning more of the football as a team will allow him to do this.
