Schwaby has done an outstanding job at the helm. Thank God Jimma and the Board had the courage to remove Paul McNamee only a short time into his contract. I imagine it cost us money (which we couldn't afford at the time), but in my wildest dreams I can't imagine the the Melbourne Football Club being in the position it is in today with McNamee as CEO.

Scwabb's communication with the members / supporters has been absolutely outstanding!

We aren't hearing from a media mangager, or membership manager as the point of information from the club, Schwabby talks to the members directly!

The Whiteboard Wednesday initiative is a cracker, and Schwabb should be roundly applauded for taking the time to provide such incredible insights into the planning, and direction the management of the club is heading.

If I was running a footy club, the last thing I would feel like doing is being filmed each week and presenting to the members.
