What I like about this article is the fact that Stynes stood up in front of the playing group and pretty much told them the hard work starts NOW.

Going through the next decade winning some finals, but no flags, but having a team full of potential will not be tolerated. Premierships are bloody hard work - these bloke have seen nothing yet!
