Aaron Davey's stats

From memory, the stats they show at the MCG at every break had Aaron Davey at something like 13 touches and 9 marks at half time, and he stretched that to 15 marks at three quarter time. Yet The Age today had him down with one mark from 25 touches. I remember him marking the ball once when I was paying attention to him for about 5 minutes in the last quarter, but surely a running midfielder who is heavily involved in our chains of moving the ball would get more than one mark for the day?

So is this an MCG fail or a The Age fail?

I'm thinking MCG fail as official stats on AFL website say 1 mark

and explain this - The HUN have the clearances 40 v 32 in favour of the swans. That seems impossible watching the game yesterday.

I think we killed them in the centre clearances; and around the ground wasn't too bad either.

When it's all said and done, the only stat that really matters is the final score. And, yesterday's was a beauty, which said it all!!

Go Dees!
