All teams perform these steps but we to get ahead of the rest need to put in place processes and procedures to ensure these steps are being carried out better than all other clubs. And that 'process' should be the clubs 'trademark' or 'theme'

Didn't Schwab and Stynes outline the clubs blueprint for success last year? And what business model they were to follow into the future. Pretty sure this has been outlined. Seems to be in process.

I'd like our trademark in years to come to be a ruthless, tough and uncomromising "win at all costs" approach.

St Kilda this year are playing that way, and if all goes to plan, in 3-5 years times our boys will be doing the same.
