This is probably out of left field a bit but...

Am I the only who thinks it is strange that interchange players sprint off the ground for a rest, a lot of the times, this sprint is from the forward or backline. Wouldn't it make more sense to try and change the players when they are closer to the bench already? Logisitics of where they are play a part in this, but having them use the energy to sprint off the ground would be better served just not running flat out off it.

I know a lot of clubs do it, I have just thought it was a strange thing to do.

    All the rotations to me are stupid.

    I understand that the midfield should rotate regularly but the forwards and backs do as much as they do I think is stupid.
