Hes had 5 yrs and they are no closer to a flag, Richmond should say goodbye now. I dont feel sorry for him its been his doing.

Correct. If anything they're further away now from a flag than they were 5 years ago. He and his troops in that time have gone backwards and it clearly hasn't worked. They invested way too much time on the likes of Tivendale, Pettifer, etc much to Richmond supporters frustrations. The players that give promise to Richmond are Cotchin, Deledio, Vickery, Foley, Raines and maybe Rance. I can't find any more names that stand out to me in a list where important senior players haven't much more time with the club.

I think the pressure will amount to the extreme from external measures and will force a decision after the Kangaroos game.....if Richmond experience another loss.
