  1. Connolly's assertion that TS is now making headway after 'a few stutters at Melbourne' is just VB inspired commentary. The player continues to stutter and would be expected to improve. The experts at the time were all over him. National AFL draft is still a lottery
  2. Scully is having an absolute stinker! Ablett slaughtered him early, and Scully has been woeful. The best part is that May has ran straight through him and flattened him twice. Beautiful Cue people saying I'm 'bitter' etc etc. I don't care, this is lovely
  3. I know some people will find offense purely because his name is mentioned, but I just thought this was funny to see in the INs and OUTs on the Herald Sun website: Surely GWS would be the ones providing the details of where their new recruits are from? It's like they're trying to deny his very existence on the MFC list for 2 years (like some of our supporters). My guess is that Scully himself feels ashamed by the nature of his departure and is too immature to face it. Anyway, that is all.
  4. If Tom Scully is in the best 10 footballers in the country and wants to return to Melbourne FC after concluding his contract with GWS, would you take him? Given the amount of vitriol already on this site directed toward him, I suspect it will be difficult for many posters to say "yes". In which case, I hope those same posters are not actually working in our List Management area in 2016. Emotion is great when watching from the grandstand, but it's not so helpful when making business decisions. (If his contract with GWS is for 6 years, please feel free to read 2016 as 2017).
