I only saw first 3 quarters i didn't think Yze was mediocre... he tried hard and wasn't in out worst i thought?

NO bizz is a disgrace when they keep Brown i cant kick 40 metres anymore in there.... sure he is a great servant but Bizz is better no doubt... very harsh omission... at least ND has gotten rid of Wheatley and Ward.... maybe Bizz lost his spot due to Brown being more of a runner which we are pretty short on atm?

Great changes !!!! love em except Bizz going i still think he is pretty ok in our team but i got my wish with Pettard and CJ.. and a bonus in getting Garland along with some class back in Riv, Tj and Moloney WELL DONE SELECTION COMMITEE!

Pettard, Buckley, Cj, Garland all in... Newton obviously not ready as he isnt performing well enough.... How danners can continually pick Ward, Wheatley, Brown ahead of Cj astounds me... sure CJ was quiet in the first 2 games but how's he going to get better playing Ressies all year??? its a joke an absoulute disgrace... are we going to let him slip through at end of year to another club and watch him excel like we have seen with Jolly and Armstrong......... people continue to overate dal santo... sure he has good games but he has to do it more than 5-6 times a year... Mcleod is definately still top 10.... class is permanent and he is back to his best.... not many our supporters are probably the most silent in the AFL to be honest. Farmer's mark in 1998 against Richmond would be up there along with the one in 1998 Prelim Against North which we lost.... also the general atmosphere of the Prelim in 2000 where we probably played our best game of footy i have ever seen (how good were Powell, and Farmer towelling Pickett that night) and also the Adelaide 2002 Semi were ones that made me get chills....

Dont think CJ is even in the 22 but i agree with bringing in Pettard for Jamar... no need for white pj and Jamar today

I actually dont think Dale Thomas is soft a good ball player, his effort today demonstrated that... would have him in an instant we would be in raptures if we had him, looked so clean today in the wet

we dont have depth its a misconception... if you have guys like wheatley, brown, godfrey in the team still it shows not much depth at all.... i like godfrey and brown they have a go but it outlines our lack of depth.... geelong are deeper than us

Despite all our injuries that team don't look half bad!! apart from the Forward Pocket line. It could be made better by putting the Bizz down at CHB, dropping Wheatley. Surely we don't need 3 ruckman this week, so out goes Pj (id rather drop Jamar), also id go Bizz ahead of Wheats as mentioned above but i doubt it will happen, lets say Moloney doesnt get up as well and id drop Bate for a bit of a run at Sandy and some confidence.... IN: Bizzel, Rivers, Pickett, Dunn, Petterd. OUT: Holland, Ferguson, Wheatley, Bate, Johnson this way all the INS ACTUALLY COME IN... anyone agree... (sorry its fixed now rivers is where pettard was lol there arent 2 pettards!)

Daniher is useless if he can't see bizzel adds more to the side than Mechano man Holland and Ferguson... he is just as good if not better in the air and can actually run a bit and kick the ball half decent... sure he is 30 plus now but ND isn't exactly going youth policy so bloody get him in. A backline of Carroll, Whelan, Bell, Rivers, Bizzel, Buckley looks much much more assured and classy than Brown, Holland, Ward etc. Bring in Pettard also along with CJ... Daniher can't coach and can't help players improve it is simple... Look at Jolly as well now everyone wouldn't hesitate at the moment to pick him ahead of White...... I always rated Arma but how can you find form when you are in and out of the side every week... ND is doing the same kind of thing now with CJ and instead plays dead wood... just leave the kid in there for a sustained time instead of halting his development... Danihers selections have been terrible for years, stalling players potential.....

Bruce, Sylvia and 1 pick seems huge and most will look at that and say no way, but the Eagles will demand something like that no doubt.... Yeh i think Cj just needs to be played as either a full time winger of full time forward... i think he would do great one out he just needs to be given more than 2 weeks in the team let the guy settle. dont worry come 5pm today i am sure he would of been dropped for some "dead wood"... frustrating but if i see CJ and Pettard out i will be very very angry...

agree totally with Yze_Magic... it shows our depth really isn't all its hyped up to be when we have to play wheatley, godfrey, brown, ward all in the same team when we have 4-5 injuries in our team..... It's pretty simple surely?? you delist these players when they should of been delisted (2006 end) and you promote the players who at least show promise eg valenti etc..... You then play the younger promising players in place of ward, brown, wheatley, godfrey.... i know CJ has been quiet lately but is there any chance ND could keep him in the one position? i don't think one single player has been moved more around the ground in the first 2 rounds... let him settle somewhere for god's sake.... while it is harsh on brown and godfrey to drop them seeing they give their all... we are not going anywhere with them, they should of been delisted last year as much as i love their endevour.. SYLVIA FOR WARD YZE FOR BROWN BIZZEL FOR WHEATLEY--- Bizz may be old but he can at least read the play and is capable of good games down back. PETTARD FOR GODFREY Pickett isn't fit enough and i tend to agree with the notion that Newton and Garland need a bit of time, PJ and Jamar as as ineffective as each other to be honest... Stick with the forward line of Yze, Sylvia, Davey, Miller and you might get somewhere near a winning score
