  1. DemonlAN Zephyr has been nominated for a race this Saturday at Sandown. Im unsure yet if they will accept but this is his last chance to salute for the first/only time in 2017.
  2. Subaru would be a good get. Like the three game membership perhaps we could use that particular model as a 2 game sponsor for our " Home Games" out there.
  3. A Christmas cheer, To all on here, May the Red and Blue, Make a dream come true!
  4. You could possibly add a few more pages if the train stayed on the tracks.
  5. ......and that's how it's done. Love your work Macca, nice dividend, I see the two placegetters added some value. Lol, I might give the Summer Cup a miss and look forward to your thoughts for the Perth Cup.
  6. I got called into work for a few hours but made it just in time to watch it at the TAB. I didn't have a flutter but what a sight seing a champ lead and then kick at the final bend whilst others are under pressure trying to catch the leader. 100,000 packed that racecourse today and it was pretty loud.
  7. Money back would be a win for me . I’ll be watching with interest tomorrow, hoping to find some nice dividends.
  8. Tell me about it, we seriously need the first bounce asap. The off season so far has been stinky.
  9. Hi Wadda, sorry to pry but is a pm a public message on someone’s feed?
  10. Yes it definitely was, I blamed Stephen Powell that night for missing that sitter of a snap 20 metres out directly in front late in the last. He put it on the full, could have sealed the game. Ah, the life of a Melbourne supporter.
  11. Is this a fact? According to an article last night Indonesian authorities weren't aware of any complaint at all until various media outlets contacted them for comment.
  12. There is a 6 year old "you tuber" reportedly making $15 million a year reviewing toys. The little one keeps asking me to put "Ryan's toy review" on and when I finally had a look to see what it's all about I couldn't believe what I was reading. This kid barely reviews a toy before his attention turns to unwrapping another one. Insanity! My other boy thinks he's a red hot sniper in COD and keeps asking me to enter competitions. I realise esports is increasingly popular but how much time will a kid need to spend sitting on their backside to get good at this?
  13. If the above are actual facts it might give us a slight understanding on their concerns about the camp but with all due respect Tappy, this group is a long way away from being congratulated.

  15. Without being in the inner sanctum it's difficult to ascertain how much damage the camp caused last year. Most of us were peeved with the gruelling mid season fixturing of four games in 18 days when players were dropping like flies. Maybe we should have gone to the AFLPA about the fixture. I don't profess to know anything about the camp but from what I have read the club assured the players better safety implementations than last year. I find both sides of the argument interesting but the lack of trust toward the FD is a little unsettling IMO.
  16. Spot on Macca in regards to superstitions, I don't mind the occasional soccer multi and I find I have more luck when I decide to sleep and scroll through the scores the following morning compared to staying up and watching games live.
  17. He's fun this kid, such a quirky character. Tagged himself in the photo above as the Egyptian Canola Man. A track watcher did report on the training thread he overheard during the week at training the words back and serious, let's hope not.
  18. I hope so too, I just scrolled up to read Maccas post on his tips for the race. Nice dividend....
  19. Good work Wadda on the quaddie with only a 4 dollar investment and a one out in the last leg. A win is a win mate, I can't remember the last time I got close to winning a quaddie.
  20. Not a bad run setting the pace, found a few better today the Zephyr, almost held 3rd.
  21. No pre race update so far on the Zephyr, trainer might be getting a bit lazy. Let's hope for an overdue victory.
  22. You're absolutely right, we don't know exactly how the camp played out last year. You make some great points above in regards to the sleep deprivation. I didn't mean to play down Salems head injury, I assumed if a player is carrying a heavy object during a gruelling exercise safety instructions were provided. I find this scenario a bit unsettling to be honest, I'm interested to know if there were players keen on the camp and if perception has changed within the playing group because of this. Edit: Not sure what happened, I was quoting BAMF.
  23. I don't know much about this hockey apart from the fact the horse will carry 52kg after the claim. Some of the connections seem happy that Rhys McLeod isn't taking the ride though.
  24. The brick injury is an isolated incident. Salem obviously didn't follow instruction on how to pack the bag properly with a brick hence his concussion. Eveyone else had no issue with their bricks.
  25. Hi Wadda, whilst we wait for the latest my mate thinks he's a decent chance. Although one of his best wins came at this track his overall record at Caulfield is pretty average to say the least so that's a concern. Dan should return to his usual racing pattern today of being on pace after the good draw. Good each way odds at the moment but when a horse hasn't won for a long time it's hard to back it with any confidence.
