  1. Stiff, I took it in a multi with Despatch, oh well.
  2. Time for some research Macca. Wondering if he’s on SA radio at all. I shouldn’t laugh but if there was a certainty today, that was it!!
  3. He said he wasn’t comfortable ( pardon the pun) selecting for this race, it was a tricky race to rate or something to that effect. So this guy picks winners even when he doesn’t want to.
  4. He’s picked the 1 Comfortable. I missed his 2nd, 3rd and 4th. Sorry Wadda.
  5. Was just about to post the exact same Macca. She made up a heap of ground from 3rd last but I guess they didn’t have much choice from that barrier. Well done to the winner.
  6. Goodness me, let’s hope that’s not an omen for our ladies tonight.
  7. You’ve talked me into it Macca. A flutter at those odds can’t hurt.
  8. Written By had to fight hard to keep that cheeky Sandbar at bay. The Slipper looms as a cracking race.
  9. Just noticed the winner at Morphetville R2 was ridden by the trainer. Unless there are two Shayne Cahills out there. Nice divvy by the way.
  10. Not a lot Wadda. In the end $1.65 fixed. Not sure if a higher price was on offer.
  11. A bit of movement since i last looked which suggests punters are willing to have a go. Current odds with TAB $11 Premiers $6 Make GF $13 Minor Premiership $2.75 Top 4 $1.75 Top 8
  12. Men's Training Times Monday 19th March, 9.30am, Gosch's Paddock Thursday 22nd March, 9.45am, Gosch's Paddock *Please note: Training times are subject to change at late notice.
  13. Yes, too classy, great front running display and never looked troubled Macca.
  14. Decent price, yeah hard day coming up I feel, you and Macca didn’t leave me much choice. Liked the two you selected also. Despatch is a bit of risk at that price with a long layoff. They decided to give it a lengthy break after they gelded it. Maybe a complication followed but showed a lot of promise in two race starts. It’s not an overly strong field but I like the fact it is out of Written Tycoon and the McEvoy/Kah combination.
  15. Best Bet. Morphetville R9 No. 5 Despatch. $2.90 Coming off a 65 week break but recent barrier trials have been impressive. Really struggled this week to find a “standout”.
  16. I believe the overall moment was special, right up there with T Mac’s “ Genius” game winner in the West. The Melbourne roar after the goal was possibly the loudest we have heard at the G in a long long time. It felt bloody good to hear such a roar with so many MFC supporters going absolutely bonkers with elation and that would have been the case if any of the other 21 players had kicked that goal.
  17. Wouldn’t have a clue if T Mac reported the ailment or not. Based on the timeframe Goody spoke of, ( possibly a mix up of words) T Mac has played in two weekends of football with the issue. Like Wiseblood stated above, it’s strange, considering we have been told many many times on here a slight niggle equals rehab.
  18. Agree, we just hope it doesn’t take 8 seasons to do it.
  19. So, Tom Mac didn’t report his sore toe for the last month. According to Goodwin, it’s been troubling him for a month yet he’s played AFLX and the opening JLT.
  20. None the wiser. https://www.sen.com.au/news/2018/03/14/cats-provide-update-on-dangerfields-hamstring
  21. A bit more of a search on him found he’s building a reputation as one of Australia’s leading form analysts. Will keep a keen eye out for his tips. Also, I noticed yesterday “Lite’n In My Veins” won around the $2.50 price.
  22. That’s what I thought lol, but I edited my post after a quick google search, CEO of William Hill Australia currently.
  23. Whatever happened to Tom Waterhouse? I remember him popping up on the telly late at night spruiking his own company. Edit: Maybe I should have gone through a google search prior to posting. He’s the CEO of William Hill.
  24. Some interesting thoughts in that article. We might have to pick our “Best” in Tasmania or Northern Territory. Good insight by him on those states. I don’t know much about him Macca and have only seen him on the racing.com channel giving his selection before each race at the track he’s at. He does have a twitter account but unsure if he gives any tips out. Liked his best betting story also. Safe to say Atlantic Jewel was slightly above average.
