There are a lot of similarities between Tippett and Martin. Obviously Tippett is much better, but with their basketball backgrounds they have similar traits in how they move I feel.

I'm sounding like a broken record but don't forget they have almost just under one million dollars more per year to spend on players. I'll say it again, they have recruited and drafted very well but I don't get excited by it when they have an unfair advantage.

No problem with keeping him, just saying his disposal is extremely bad from what I have seen so far. Like I said, I'm sure he has other qualities but kicking is not one of them.
