  1. I beg to differ. Too many props. Mediocre bush footballer at best.
  2. I think it was mature of you to stop following him Mcqueen. Unfortunately others don't have such maturity and instead just hate on these athletes. If people don't like what Magner says, don't follow him - it is that simple. I don't have a problem with what Magner said there, it is his twitter, he can say as he pleases. He just won't have that many followers, that should tell him how much of a [censored] he is.
  3. Backed him and Ollie for an absolute stack. Got Viney at $11's and Ollie at $16
  4. haha, classic.. I'd love us to ruin Paul Roo's career.
  5. I can't critisize Grimes too much, he isn't a captain's a-hole... But he does lead to some extent and did at least try and lift yesterday. But we have a bunch of soft little sooks, they need a dominant captain to be vocal, just look at how well Viney's speech has been recieved, it's what we need. Mitch Clark and Jack Viney are the only type for this job, so throw it to Clark. I am done listening to all the regular lines from these blokes. I see why Brock got out, it must've been hard for him to see all this up close, to be around so many passive blokes who don't want to have a crack.
  6. Yeah, I am still drowning my sorrows old son.
  7. 8...Your a generous man.
  8. As far as I'm concerned, pay Jack and Jesse whatever they want, they are our future. Obviously the current lot aren't capable of leadership, getting their hands dirty. Neeld overrated how pathetic these lads are when he drafted Dawes thinking it will help. I know hindsight is a wonderful thing, but maybe he would've been better off using that pick on Ben Kennedy and taking Wines ahead of Toumpas - as classy as Toumpas is, he is a waste at this club. We need go-getters. This list is in for yet another massive shake up at years end. And whoever decided to recruit Tom Gillies should be sacked on the spot. Im 12 can's down and could still move quicker than that spud.
  9. You guys are off your head, writing letters won't help. What do you all expect to achieve by writing letters? The sacking of the coach? Don't worry about that, the media will be breathing down his throat if we lose to Essendon. Mark Neeld already has a target on his head. Writing to a board that is half the problem won't achieve anything. I've never liked Neeld since he appointed his captains. How the hell, how on earth, for the life of god do you appoint Jack Trengove captain? Does Neeld know nothing about leadership, absolutely nothing. If Trengove isn't the most passive, play his roles type of bloke we got - then i'll be damned. Trengove is the furtherest thing from a leader I have seen and he got appointed coming off the back of not getting a kick. Good way to reward players. I have NO problems with Grimes, none... He isn't captain material though, far from. I know, someone has to do it... I get that and he does have the heart the size of phar lap. But we need a captain to let these spuds know that they have to lift... Someone the boys listen to, because they sure as hell don't listen to Neeld. Mitch Clark would make a good captain, Jack Viney is a born leader. I struggle to think of another bloke on our list that could do this job. Is it that hard to get the captaincy right.. Perhaps I will write a letter after all. And.. I agree with Brock and Scully, as much as I hate them, they have been proven to be correct.
  10. I'd keep Joel McDonald away from the side, there's enough spuds in the side atm as is.
  11. I'd be happy to see Pederson and Gillies not play for the MFC again. Pederson shirked a contest, is CLEARLY very soft, I enjoyed Hartlett really getting into him - I'd do the same. As for Gillies, I think he recoreded the most turnovers in a game, so that was good effort by him and should get him another go at it next week. Sellar was ok down back last year, so he gets a pass first up. Plus he actually had pre-season form, unlike the other 2 spuds.
  12. Garland and Watts won't go. Jamar would be no loss and we should've traded him when we had the chance - before free agency, bad list management. Davey will probably be delisted and unless Sylvia can do something, he'd be no loss atm.
  13. Viney can do as he pleases as far as I am concerned.
  14. Hahaha... Not wrong.
  15. Don't start me on Wines, him and Viney represent everything our side doesn't.
  16. Richmond and WC bottomed out when we did and WC are touted as top 4 contenders. Richmond are challenging top sides. North didn't even bottom out and they are going goal for goal with the best side in the comp atm. We bottomed out better than most and can't even beat the worst side in the league. And after bottoming out, we look to of even gone backwards. Snap reaction, perhaps, but what do you expect supporters to say? Has there been a side in the competition so ordinary, for so long? And I mean ordinary.
  17. Supporters have had enough and rightfully so.
  18. I know a mid wife who has had to deal with many of footballers and celebrities. She said James Hird was one of the best people that has came through the place, he was a delight. He was a regular bloke and a genuinely good person, had all the time for anyone, I didn't like Hird before she told me this. She said Sam Mitchell and Matt Newton were the opposite, both very arrogant, rude and I won't tell Mitchell's story, blokes a dirt bag.
  19. Ringa ding ding ding ding ding ding.
  20. Thompson won't coach anywhere else. Paul Roo's would be ideal, but he wouldn't be silly enough to take the gig. As a side note, I know Roo's is a [censored], but I've liked our past 3 coaches and look how that's turned out.
  21. Who is the Bugler
  22. When Lobbe is looking like Franklin and Schultz like Plugger, it's time I switched off. 3:16 over and out on gameday.
  23. Blease, Viney, Jones, Clark, Grimes, Jones. Jamar, Howe Casey can welcome the rest.
  24. Your damned right he is, Neeld is going to feel more heat than Bailey felt after 186. We are woeful. Scully and McLean, I hate them, but they were spot on.
