John Brown only has to fall over up there to get a free.

Gotta love this, Brissy have had all the play and now we are punishing them on the scoreboard. We should be 5 goals down.

Jamar needs to realise that he can take marks like that in the 50 whenever he wants.

It's not hard to stay on Zorko, he's not exactly gut running.. Whoever is on him needs to pull their head in.

Frawley is probably the worst decision maker in the league.

Don't start umpires, we are already up against it.

I think we'll beat Carlton next week. They were deplorable against Adelaide, the umps got them over the line. Carlton are a bunch of weak front runners, so if we get the jump on them, we could win next week.

No one said the same about Rhys Palmer. They said he can't kick to save himself and nothing has changed.

Fans were saying the same after 5 of Joel Selwoods games, it wasn't hard to see he was going to be a gun. Ollie Wines is already a star, no need to play him down.

Harlett fit, Boak not distracted by contract talks, inclusion of Wines and Monfries. Improvement of Westoff, Carlyle. Coach that appears to have the players respect. All this helps Port compared to last year. Hamish Harlett has always been a gun, just had trouble staying sound.

I beg to differ, Wines attack on the football and his one percenters are just a joy to watch. Hinkley was spot on, Wines is the type of player you build a side around. He is a Selwood clone, but possibly cleaner by foot at the same stage in their development.

Well said.

I agree. Big Dom Barry fan though, that kid will be silk when he bulks up and we got him for next to nothing. Barry was steak knives and it's worth the speculative pick I think.

Yeah, the expansion clubs need to be raided.

Billings would be good in the upcoming trade, kid is class, can do it all. Aish wouldn't be bad either.

Toumpas is soft and doesn't do repeat efforts at AFL level, I wouldn't think he'd do them at VFL either. I watched the championships last year and they harped on about Toumpas and all he done was cherry pick off the backline. Front runner and the last thing we need. Meanwhile Ollie Wines was doing all the one percenters and the things that the MFC lack and we overlook him. But our football department has got a lot of late picks right recently, Howe, McDonald, Matt Jones, Terlich looks a player. Can't win em all I guess.

We should go after Nat Fyfe and go after him hard. He is on another level to any of the young brigade in the AFL, maybe other than Steele. He might embrace the change, WA gets stale and Vic is the place to be as far as football goes. Other players to chase, Rory Sloane and Dylan Shiel. These top clubs aswell, they can't keep all their players, especially Collingwood. If we trade Jamar, get rid of Sylvia and Davey, we'd be able to throw a stack at a premier midfielder. Essendon got Goddard, so we should be trying to get an A grader.

Wouldn't that be great! Seriously doubt it, glad to hear Fitz is stepping up. Our VFL side is stocked with a lot of promising players.

This is why Wellman and Ratten were big losses for us.

They train harder than ever and never give their bodys proper time to rest. More training = higher demand on the body = more injuries. It's no surprise that sides are looking into drugs to help players recover quicker.
