Not surprising. He had to play a totally different role once Lever went down. He is rail thin and has been filling the hole at half back taking intercept marks with big forwards smashing into him. Took a nice mark in front of Roughy last week. If Lever never went down, Fritsch would be have continued playing wing-half forward. Remember when he kicked 4 goals vs St Kilda? He was one of the few Demons to show up that day. Seriously unlucky this week, but the kid is a gun.

Maybe we were never into him? Lets see what Mahoney and co. have up their sleeves. Kelly, Sheil or Whitfield.... one of them will be a Demon.
