I feel for you Andy. I don't know how you do it. It has been a challenging year but I love the podcasts and listen regardless.

In my eyes this is perfect parenting. Doesn't get any better than this - celebrating a win for a team you gave your heart and soul for and having a son who seems to have similar passion.

Good on you. I work in women's health and have seen the amazing work they do with women and children affected by family violence. My $100 is going into their tin on Sunday as promised.

Lots of promises made this week. I wonder how many will be honoured? I will be putting my $100 note in the Salvos tin on Sunday with a big smile on my face.?

Becoming one of my favourites. Love his enthusiasm and toughness. Never stops trying. Has been a Dee supporter all of his life. He is really living the dream and I hope he has a long successful career with us.

I always donate $10 to the Salvo guy outside the MCG. I was aghast when I could not find him on Sunday. I assume they didn't want to take away from the BCNA tin rattlers. If we win on Saturday I will donate $100 to the Salvos the following week.

I heard that it was a "hens party" for Jakes fiancée not an engagement party. I also heard it was girls only unless of course Jake had his bucks party the same night which would have not been ideal timing.

I worked with Neil McMullen - he was a respected paediatric surgeon. i had no idea about this story and it is interesting he is no longer practicing medicine but has become a player manager.

My source tells me this morning that the calf is much improved. Max could not fully weight bear on that particular side earlier in the week but is now walking freely without discomfort. Will be put through some running tomorrow morning and if he pulls up ok he will be right to go. My source is confident Max will play which was music to my ears!

My favourite was when he sprayed the Gatorade over the Collingwood supporters at Victoria Park while going up the race at half time. He needed an escort to get back to his car!

I have heard from my very reliable source close to Max that he pulled up with a very sore calf after Sunday. i was told this earlier in the week but was hopeful with the game not until Sunday that it wasn’t as bad as it sounded.

This news is just so sad. Like many I am not a golf fan but have been inspired by Jarrod’s journey over the years and his fight to the end. I admired everything about him and I feel the utmost compassion for his beautiful young family. Too young, too soon. May he RIP??
