He is Appearing via video link. Little possibility of being resolved. This will probably drag on until after seasons end, certainly if Liam is to plead not guilty.

Thought he showed promise early in his career, but like so many barre him at our club has been in decline. Hope he has some injury because he looks to me to have lost a yard, and he looked exhausted early in Fridays game. Without time and space he dosen't seem to have the skills. Modern footy, and pressure all over the ground has been his enemy. Like his team mates needs to show something when times are tough. Luckily for him, he is on the list and times are as tough as they will get. He also doesn't have great competition for his spot. Weather he deserves it or not he has an opportunity, hope he takes it.

There was footage too of the tackle on the 2's highlights clip that's kicking around and it was very, very friendly. Like a cuddle you might give an aging grandma.

Hope he is not picked til he lays the type of tackles that would take out a mother in law for the rest of a game.

I think we have a long list of flanker types. Hate to talk of potential with respect to Sylvia, been doing that for a while now, but given his strong body and sound skills he should be one of our best players. Get him in the action, maybe it takes some pressure off Trengrove. We get some more out of Trengrove and Sylvia we will look a little better in the middle.

Different player but, Perhaps Col will be playing whatever role Watts was being selected to play?

Hopefully the Neil Craig and Misson appointments will help from a sports science perspective. Regardless of position we need to select boys who can run. Would be interested to see if they will be present at draft camps etc.

I agree with nutbean, those posting that his stats are cheap should check the stats, we need more cheap stats. Cale doesn't kick very well but he is not the worst. I could see him improving. Disposal efficiency is not high and not low. He is averaging almost 20 disposals, only 2 games but that is high compared with his team mates. Most of all, he can run. He can run fast, as he showed a couple of years ago in the Brendon Lade incident, and he can all day. Not many of his team mates can say the same. Running is important. Sadly past recruiters, or fatty dept's haven't acknowledged that. He is not in our bottom 5 - 10 players. No way would he be delisted. Club would surely entertain a trade if the price was right, but I'd say Cale has every chance to impress the coach. I liked his game last week. I saw at least 2 huge blunders, but he was not on his own there. Do we get tunnel vision and focus on Cale, he contributed, kicked a good goal in the last qtr when the game was up for grabs. Small step in the right direction for mine, and who else do we have this week?

MacDonald the sub backup in case we play Milne back into form. Otherwise would prefer to see Trengove go to defence. He's not getting the ball in the middle and all three of Sylvia, Grimes and Couch are more likely to get more ball.
