I know Waylen personally as I did some volunteer work at the high school where he was boarding. He is definitely one of the most athletic footballers I've seen with a vertical leap that is reminiscent of Nic Natanui (probably about 2 or 3 inches less) He has a killer instinct that can almost border on being selfish, however the self belief that he will always kick the goal is something that can't be taught One of the reasons he only played 3 games for Claremont in the lower grades was that he wanted to keep playing in the league up in his community until his team were out of finals That being said he would need a very solid support system around him, as he does not speak Standard Australian English and would have a bit of trouble of living in the big city, although having Jurrah and Wonaeamirri among others around him would be very beneficial, and I've said in conversation more than once that Melbourne would be a great club for him to be drafted to.
