One last post for the night considering I am at a all time high on my post's count..... What is our game plan? (All I have seen is and please tell me I am wrong and lets be straight here all the players on the field have been working on this for the past 4 months) Work on contested ball - yes Use the boundary and not the corridor (assist with team not scoring against you freely should you lose the contest) - yes Kick high and long into inside 50 to Mitch Clark (our only main target?) - yes Thats it? Spread and use that contested ball - no Kick to a target - no Kick outs effective to transfer play - no Kick to a player inside 50 that has made a lead - no Show some dare and run - no Show some aggression to the ball and player - no and no (apart from mitch and james M at at times)A Show some hunger for the contest - no Get the ball into your inside 50 more than your opposition - no Win one on one contests - no Show pride in the MFC jumper - no Have some fooking respect for its supporters/members and sponsors - NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! D

Ok so I am avid reader of demonland literally weekly and have over the past few years have been involved with the club in a more formal manner, however as a proud and very passionate supporter/member most importantly at am literally at a loss as to how we have gone so far backwards. Understand there is a new game plan, understand new structures and new metrics however for the past 4 weeks (including the practice games ) nab cup we play we are looking worst than Gold Coast in their first year. I am seriously at a major loss and please don't give me the crap about its only 2 games etc, we have just done a 4 plus year rebuild, tanked and I was happy with that on the hope we are getting somewhere which I thought I saw games of this over the past few years. Now I see a rabble, players who can't understand a new game plan, unfit (believe it or not and I actually went and saw the boys summer training both at Casey and AAMI Park), lacking motivation and hunger (for fook sake) have a go and show we are actually trying apart from magner and jones - thats it.... when you lose by that margin tonight everyone else did not earn their pay cheque. And on one final note - In business only the strong survive and with the AFL being solely a business. This rest primary with the mfc playing list need to understand this because if they were on my payroll they would be going hungry for the next week!!! btw - Happy Easter..... D

I have been an advid reader of demonland for a good few years now and this is the worst effort I have seen by this club that I have supported all my 34 years. Ok, lets look at the facts here the club has a very young but very talented list with numerous draft picks. We have had a clean out of older players and ones on the list that couldnt cut it along with appointing a new coach with no AFL success but at that stage he was the best for the job. After all this time, this year has been a major dissappointed, culminating with today..... Words really cannot describe today but absolute shite.... In my view we have gone backgrounds in terms of on field success, and don't look at the win/loss ratio look at how inspid we are when we play decent teams. Our coach has done his job nuturing and teaching the young players but if this club wants to have real success with this list after all this time we need to take a stance. Just like in business... We need to remove the coaching staff (all of them) and go after the best available (using the quote of how we recruited over the past few years) Leadership begins from the top and in my view thats the coaching staff and the head coach.... Mickie, Paul, Alistair or Rodney can you hear me.....
